Should a reservation be cancelled before 20 days prior to arrival, no fee will apply. Should a reservation be cancelled within 20 days from arrival, 100% cancellation fee will apply. In the event that a guest will be 'no show'the Arabian nights will charge the full stay.
PICK UP AND DROP OFF:
We provide transfers to Arabian Nights Village on sharing basis from specified meeting points in Abu Dhabi or Private transfers from any location in U. A. E., surcharge applies.
RESERVATION PROCEDURES
All reservations should be made in writing, indicating the guest name(s), the arrival/ departure details (date, arrival time, and pick-up location), and the type of accommodation required per guest. FORCE MAJEURE & ACTS OF GOD
Arabian Nights Village shall not be held liable or responsible for failure to execute arrangements specified due to acts of God, war, Government regulations/ actions, including national mourning /cancellation or postponement of the Event, disaster, acts of terrorism, strikes, civil disorder, or any other emergency beyond the control of either party making it inadvisable,illegal or impossible to perform its obligations under this Agreement.
INDEMNITY
Arabian Nights will not assume responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising out of personal injury, accident or death, loss or damage to baggage or other property, delay, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental, resulting from any cause that arises by reason of the acts, omissions or negligence of any party other than Arabian Nights.
RAMADAN
The company is solely responsible for advising its clients of the restricted services available during the Holy Month of Ramadan, on religious holidays and when required due to other operational reasons, where applicable, as advised by Arabian Nights Village.
